Beechwood Grad Playing at Louisville
Drew Davis, a 2008 graduate from Beechwood High School and a 2007 All-State selection at defensive line is now the starting defensive tackle on the 2009 University of Louisville football team. He started the opening game against Indiana State, which the Cardinals won 30-10.
Ludlow High School Hall of Fame
Ludlow will induct 4 new members into its Hall of Fame on Friday, September 18 during halftime of the Ludlow / Louisville Shawnee football game. A reception will follow at the school cafeteria. Members being inducted include:
Bob Creutzinger (1950 - football)
John Gaiser (1958 - football, basketball, baseball)
Jane Stander Reilly (1980 - volleyball, track)
Randy Askin (1982 - track, cross country)
